Surely you have your plans for this weekend sewn up, and your costumes too, for the crafty among you. For those of us who suffer from a near crippling creative drought when it comes to Halloween, keep calm and carry on. No one at this weekend’s Halloween parties are actually going to think less of you for cobbling together something cheap and easy at the last minute. Just put on your best attitude and enjoy the last weekend of October, cheer on the best baseball team in the world, have some cider, and count your blessings that we’re not anticipating our first snow already. Once October’s out of the way, we’re heading straight into November with a full calendar. Get out your day books and save some dates for some great events for social good!
3rd Annual Windy City Soiree

So if swanky cocktail parties aboard boats that benefit some of our most vulnerable citizens sounds like a good time to you, better mark your calendar and get those tickets soon.
